This 3d printing plastic part is a little special as it has a ball inside the part,which is out of the capacity of conventional cnc machining,while3d printing can easily turn it into real 3d model with total same structure,tolercance at +/-0.1mm perfectly,and it took just half an hour to finish printing this product ,and then do post treatment slightly,it takes much less time to handle 3d printing parts than machining parts,because the former has no tooling marks as the latter.So this is one of the reasons whiy 3d printing is faster than cnc machining .
