EbyTon prtototype makes both plastic and metal parts with most surface finish,this cnc aluminum part with UV painting,was painted in dark silver first ,then do UV coating.UV coating can better protect the part surface from outside damage or scraping.It can not only applied on aluminum,plastic parts are often done with this kind treatment as well.
The surface treatments can be done for cnc aluminum parts:
Anodize,brush,sand blast, polish,electroplating,etc.
Normal anodizing color can be optional,usually black, silver or clear, and there is also hard anodize ,which is thicker than normal one,so more scratch / corrosion resistant,can better protect the surface of aluminum parts than normal anodize.
