PP (Polypropylene) is known as its characteristics of tough and flexible, especially when copolymerized with ethylene.This allows it to be used as an engineering plastic, competing with materials such as ABS.Can be used in a different range of applications,like packaging and labeling, reusable containers, stationary,etc.
However on account that it cant be glued or painted,so this plastic box prototype must be machined from one solid block, and the machining is supposed to be careful and slow to ensure the smoothness of the surface ,especially the connecting section of the upper cover and down base,is very easy to break by accident.

This plastic box prototype is a tooling box with opening-closing function,customer can test the function by opening and closing the buckles and the upper cover,they can be opened -closed for about 10 times for testing,and would break after it's opened 1o times,so clients should be cautious when testing,flexible as it is, but also has a limit.
