This precision aluminium machining prototype is for auto parts,it was designed by EbyTon longterm partner-- BYD Auto,the most famous auto brand in China.It is the key prototype for one of BYD auto types.And there were several different types that made.
1.Manufactured from fine aluminium material via cnc machining, and the logo laser etching;
2.Tolerance is within +/-0.1,or even 0.05mm for some vital points;
3.One of them painted black with crocotile skin effect,the arounding frame was electro plated,and another painted in silver color,then printed logo,and uv coated at last.

The quality and appearance came out very satisfied with BYD,and they trusted EbyTon's capacity and quality,so kept a good business relations and friendship with EbyTon for over the years.

EbyTon has a strict inspection rule ,there are total 4 times inspection from machining till the part shipped out,ensuring above 97% prototype parts are qualified before ex-factory.
