The custom aluminum 6061 t6 prototype for car parts,is made from al 6061-t6 ,material,cnc machined.A newly developed car type by BYD Automobile company ,EbyTon's old partner.This part is a little large ,so the machining time took very long,and the measuring of this part have to assisted with some abs jigs ,and using the micrometer.For the key points,EbyTon ensures the dimensions strictly per customer's precision request.
EbyTon can machine out parts with max dimension of 1800*1200*650mm from one piece,so this parts was machied out from one whole piece.
