This Aluminum mechanical component prototype is made via cnc turning then milling ,then drill the hole on drilling machine,holes on the bottom are tapped thread to enable it fix onto the other parts.
The difficulties for this part making lies in the milling procedure,especially those long holes, as for the narrow size,EbyTon professional operators machine them with slow and careful way when machining,because once the cutter is not controlled well,the part would be damaged due to unexpected accident during machining.So the machining of those holes took long time in the whole manufacturing process.
After machining ,skilled craftsman do the post handling and then sand with high quality sand paper, at last ,do the anodizing .
