This batch of aluminum parts is made from aluminum via cnc machining,are for structure testing.Parts were made totally according to the 3d drawings,and were strictly inspected by QC personnel after finishing.
And the surface treatment is anodizing.Before anodizing,EbyTon professional specialists sanding them with sand paper to 400-1000, till the surface smooth without tooling marks or scratching marks.Red color anodizing is not normal color of anodizing,yet EbyTon is able to match the color tone per clients expectation,and make the parts out as high-level pieces.
