How to make a high quality anodizing part?
a.Sanding:the part surface must be very smooth and with no tooling marks or sanding marks ;
b.Sand blasting:Make sure the sand blasting uniform.The pressure of blasting should be consistent,nozzle moves fairly, the blasting angle should keep in consistency,shouldn’t hold the gun straight against the face of the work piece when blasting.the nozzle should keep some distance with the work piece.
c.Anodizing:Use qualified anodizing layer and handle with care,in case any scratches on surface of work piece.
