Manufacture process
This is an aluminum part made via cnc milling ,surface with clear anodized finish(also called natural anodizing.).Because of the big dimension,so it takes long time to finish the surface sanding.Before anodizing and after sanding,EbyTon blasted a layer of very fine sand on the part surface to make it nice looking,because sand blasting on the surface of part can cover some tiny marks.

Sandblasting
There are many standards of sandblasting from 60--140 ,the bigger the number is,the fine the sand is.Different sand standards will lead to different effects after anodizing,clients can choose according to their specific demands or decide depends on the product surface effect.

EbyTon owns 2 set of sand blasting machines,one for black sand blasting,the other for white .Sand blasting is generally used when the part is aluminum ,and with a little complicated structure,because they are not easy sanding,there will be some tooling marks left ,so to sand blast will be a good option to make surface look more even.
