The silicone moulded transparent plastic prototype is for car lamp parts,the overall size is 31*12*6(mm).First manufacture a master model with abs material via cnc machining,then do the post treatment and sanding ,till the surface is clean clear and totally smooth,then use it to make a silicone mould ,then take it out of the mould and then prepare the matched color material,and start duplicating the red transparent products by vacuum casting.After finishing casting,take it into oven to heat and solidfy,then the manufacturing of this silcione mouled transparent plastic prototype finished.
