Sla rapid prototype working process
To fill the resin slot with the resin liquid, it will solidify quickly under the irradiation of the ultraviolet laser beam .When the prototyping process started, elevating table is at the height of one layer below the liquid resin,the focused laser beam will scan along the liquid surface according to the target section requirements through numerical controling,and the scanned resin will be solidified,and get the structure on this section.Then the work table fall a layer’s height,the solidified section being covered by the liquid surface,then to begin the second layer scanning and solidifying,the new layer will be adhering to the former one,and repeat like this until the whole part finished.At last,the workbench rise out above the liquid resin surface,the part can be take off the table,and doing the surface cleaning and handling treatments.

SLA rapid prototyping suits for making of small parts with complicated parts,mainly applied at concept model making,or fitting test and industrial plan.It can be even used to build injection mold,and as case mold of spray metal tooling and other soft mold,it’s a well developed rapid prototyping technology.
